Create the organization
Sign up, name your organization and buy a credit pack. Card checkout takes a few minutes.

Add your team
Invite people one by one or upload an Excel/CSV file. Each person gets a single-use invite that is valid for 7 days.

Distribute credits
Give credits to selected people or to a whole role at once. Unused credit can be taken back into the pool.

Security and privacy
- Every organization sees only its own members. The organization is resolved from the signed-in session on every request and cannot be changed from outside.
- Admins see only a member's name, email and role. Members' documents stay theirs.
- Passwords are never emailed. Invite links are single-use and each person sets their own password.
- Card payments are taken by Paddle; card details never reach us. Invites, role changes and credit movements are recorded.

Common questions
Can we pay by bank transfer or invoice?
Yes. Email us; after the agreement and invoice we load the credits into your organization pool. With card checkout the credits reach the pool as soon as payment completes.
How many credits does a document use?
It depends on page count, quality and visuals. An estimate is shown before generation starts, and the free trial lets you measure it on your own topic.
What happens to credits when someone leaves?
Their unused organization credit returns to the pool. Accounts the organization created are closed when they are removed.
Can members use the mobile app?
Yes. Members sign in to the iOS and Android app with the same account and create with organization credit. The organization panel itself is on the web at app.tasvir.ai.
What is the refund policy?
Organization packs are non-refundable once added to the pool; an approved refund covers only credit still unused in the pool. See the Billing & Refund Policy.
